I am Cassady Barnes and welcome to my blog! I am currently a sophomore at Washington State University and originally from Seattle. I am a proud member of the Pi Beta Phi national sorority and am currently pursuing a double degree in Public Relations and Political Science. I have created this blog as a medium for posting the assignments I have worked on and created for my Multimedia Content Creation class that is a part of my Public Relations major.

Throughout my life I have been lucky enough to discover a hobby in travel and in appreciating the cultures of the world, including Iceland and major European nations. Through this I have developed a vast appreciation for Italian food and a new hobby in preparing it and discovering new recipes. I am also an avid soccer fan, Go Sounders, and a former soccer player.

My main goal for my career is to find a path that utilizes both of my degrees while also giving me the flexibility to have a sound and full personal life. I hope to be able to work my way up into the higher rankings of a political public relations firm that works closely with political campaigns both for congress and hopefully eventually for the presidency.
